It was good to see ADAM B. in church on Sunday. Adam’s mom, Carrie, tells us: He is stationed in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and awaiting redeployment to Iraq. They don't have a set date, yet. This troop buildup has put everything in flux. (He's a Corporal in the Marines.)

Relocation Blues (continued): MICHELLE J. is moving to Minnesota. Michelle has one of my favorite vocal collaborators, featured on such songs as “Power In The Blood” and “Ball And Chain.”

Matthew 5:38-41
“You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ But I say to you, Do not resist an evildoer. But if anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn the other also; and if anyone wants to sue you and take your coat, give your cloak as well; and if anyone forces you to go one mile, go also the second mile.”
